CLW
I'm trying to find out where I can buy snail and slug pellets from. I've looked at all the places close to me. Thank you for any useful information.sotus.co.th and navigate to their online shopMaybe also direct through ecommerce.sotus.co.thI found the product to be on the banner and also the first page.It is called Deadmeal-5 for 80 Baht.If you want to search it, it must be typed on Thai script.Alternatively you can search on lazada for the active ingredient metaldehyde. It showed two results. jvs
Instead of going the poison way why don't you use another method? Poor some beer in a low container ,an old frying pan would be perfect. Place it near where the snails are and find them dead in the beer the next morning. I know some people will come along and claim it a waist of beer so you may have to keep your gate locked to keep them out!! Very old method but you will catch the snails. Sam Lin
Whatever is cheapest. Or Guinness if you're feeling fancy and like to show off your money.

SnakeBite
Thanks for the info and will try the beer until I can get the chemicals. I used to get pellets when I lived in Hawaii and they worked great.
scubastephen
If you do go the pellet snail and slug control. Don't just scatter them around as they will leach into the soil and kill any earth worms. In Australia I used them by putting them in the lid of a jar then used a cut down milk container with cutouts to cover them. The snails ect got a bargain cover and food in one. Not only do you get rid of a pest but you protect your worms.Sent from my SM-G935F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

Wife buys them all the time and they work real well. Many 'garden' shops and even some local markets sell them.
