Submission for Visa renewal.

Featured Replies

Good morning. I am presently out of Thailand and will return on 3rd October.

My Non-Immigrant (O-A) visa expires on 17th Oct.

Will I have enough time to apply for an extension.

Someone told me I need to submit my documents 15 days prior.

What is the requirement please ?

Thank you.

Not correct. Obviously mixed up with something completely different.

You could wait until the very last day but best go when you have your documents ready.

If your O-A visa validity expires on 17th and you enter on the 3rd you would get a stamp until October 2019. So why would you bother for an extension?

Or are you in the second year after you O-A issue and return on a re-entry permit valid until 17th October?

You asked the same question on Tuesday in this topic.

Kindly clarify. Is it actually this that's expiring on 17th October?
