Training and Implementation Coordinator

Work location : International School in Bangkok 
 

A requirement has opened up at Voova Group Co., Ltd. for an experienced Trainer and Systems Implementation person to join our team and be able to deliver training and coordinate delivery of systems to our customers. the position will require an amount of travel to customer sites and may require being away anywhere from one to five days at a time.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Providing Implementation and Training Support for our School Travel Manager

• Prepare and deliver training courses to large and small groups

• Assist in preparing documentation - eg: User Guides

• Coordinate and plan training with clients

• Organise implementation tasks - system setup, data collection upload etc

• Ensuring each project implementation is delivered on time

• Provide a high level of customer service throughout and resolve any customer complaints.

Required Skills:

• Native Thai speaker

• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent planning abilities

• The ability to work effectively to deadlines

• Basic understanding of Software development - particularly related to cloud-based web applications and mobile apps.

• Good common sense and logical thinking

• Good motivational skills

• Good administrative skills

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
