I've heard there are thai guys offering a service to tow and launch your boat for a small fee.  Probably the guys that launch the tourist boats daily I guess, but can come on demand when you call them to tow your boat from your condo and launch, and drag out at the end of the day.   I'm based on Jomtien beach and would appreciate any contacts I could use.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply John.  That's actually the boat launch that I want to use and I've asked around there, without any luck.  But I think you may be right that's probably the best way to go as I haven't had much other responses.  I guess I'll try again next time I'm in town.
