ubonjoe
Being born here does not qualify them to get a Thai passport. The could possibley get a emergency travel certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But one of the requirements is that there is no embassy or consulate for their nationality here. See: http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/4909/15375-ISSUANCE-OF-EMERGENCY-CERTIFICATE-(EC).html Or a travel document for Aliens if they could be considered stateless. http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/4909/15376-ISSUANCE-OF-TRAVEL-DOCUMENT-FOR-ALIENS-(TD).html Where will you be traveling to? If Australia I would think the embassy should be able issue a emergency travel document for your child.
