The suit was filed in 2017 to the civil court by 308 Ford owners who complained that their cars had defects in their brake, engine and clutch systems.

Where were these cars produced in?

And as usual it will be the attorneys who make out the most in this.  I'm guessing the 308 car owners will get about 40K baht each and the law firm 12 million baht, if the court finds in their favor.

Today is tomorrow based on the timestamp of the OP.     Maybe  we'll learn the result within hours.

Is there an appeals process for monetary  judgments  in thailand?   If so that could render a final outcome for the expected years you may have wondered about.

Automobile companies do not cave in easily.
