Dukarol is not available in Thailand.  Dukoral is.  Distributed by Biogenetech.

Almost certainly yes, though the brand name is not given in the paper.  

 

It's classified in Thailand as a "Dangerous Drug", so is available OTC, but only at larger pharmacies.

By "classified" I presume you mean a prescription is required.  No, it is not.

 

Pharmacies near larger hospitals will be your best bet.  This topic may be helpful 

 

As this is a vaccine it is very unlikely to be found at a pharmacy. Travel clinics in Bangkok have it.
