doremifasol
I just used Google to find this in 3 seconds. This spacious 60 sqm room is fully furnished and has a gorgeous corner balcony. https://www.thailand-property.com/condo-for-rent-in-pattaya-chonburi_2930404 Hope this helps. newnative
If you want to be in Pattaya, itself, you might try Centric Sea or Unixx. Nice amenities with both. The balconies are on the small side for the 1 bedrooms but can hold a bistro set. Markland might also be a possibility; older and there is a hotel component but good location. Higher end would be Northshore, also excellent location. These are all highrises that would offer some units with seaviews. Many choices in Jomtien, Pratamnack, and Naklua/Wong Amat.

lamyai3
Countless options available - better to narrow it down a bit to include preferred size of unit, location (Pattaya, Jomtien, Naklua), sea view if required, and budget. Please don't jump or throw anyone off by the way, far too common a subject on here.
moonseeker
Have a look at Diana Estate. Great central location on Bouakao. Several rental offices, Meow has best choice and studios. Just Google Meow, Diana Estate, Pattaya. Another option is Marina House on the Soi behind Diana Estate. towards 3rd. Rd. Also on Google. Sorry don't know street address. Xl balconies there. AlexCanada
Best balcony condo I stayed in was at View Talay 6 with a huge 180 degree wrap around balcony. It definitely wasn't cheap since the room was over 100 sqm. Some of the other 47 sqm units at View Talay 6 have much smaller balconies but with good views of the water if you get an ocean view room facing the Walking Street side. Make sure the room is over the 13th floor for an unobstructed view.
PoodThaiMaiDai
I always book at Sandy Spring because they have a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. They are around $45-50 USD each night (3 1/2 star in my opinion), has big rooms, but there is a 300 baht joiner fee that is good for 2 years. Not a big deal because I travel to LOS 2 x a year and stay 7-14 days in Pattaya each trip.
