My airline sent me an email that stated that Thai immigration says that Premium Lanes are now for Business and First Class passengers only. But it didn't say anything about about age. Does anyone know if the Premium Lanes can still be used by the older folks?

At least I am not aware of any news that the rules have changed.

(the business and first only was news some time ago)

Among others the ones over 70 years can use the premium lane.

i have been using the old , handicapped, pregnant, monk immigration lane for years..
