Do you have s visa issued by an embassy as  as shown in the first picture or an extension of stay issued by immigration shown in the other one.

I suspect you have the latter. When you apply for a new extension of stay based upon marriage you will get a under consideration stamp with a report back date on it that will be 30 days from the date you apply or from the date your current extension expires . You can apply for a single re-entry permit that will be valid for entry up to the report back date.
