Can you get a 90 day non o visa from immagration my friend says yes but my understanding and what I’m only reading Lao,Vietanne,Savannakhet or Penang is the only option I thank you all in advance 

It is possible to apply for a 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) entry at immigration if you can qualify for certain extensions of stay.

Yes if you are the legal parent of a Thai or married to a Thai. The fee is 2000 baht.

Cost is 2,000 baht to convert - you must meet the financial conditions of extension of stay (other than time in account - visa is only issued to allow conversion to extension of stay during the 90 day stay allowed).  You need at least 15 days remaining on current permitted to stay and not all offices will do.

What is the requirements fininacial seems like easier to go Savannakhet 

For marriage it is 400k in Thai bank previous 2 months or 40k per month income.  This provides a one year extension of stay(s) so you do not have to leave every 90 days as you do on visa entry.

I only want the 90 days no problem I’ll go Lao seems like hard work at immagration
