I have parked my bicycle under Royal Garden before but rarely. Now I would like to park it there late night.

 

Anyone know their rules on how long one can park there?

No rules I think , but maybe you have to pay if you plan to keep your bike there over night. Bicycle parking are free during daytime and evening.
