Help With Visa Rules Please

Featured Replies

hi all,im a 49 year old brit and cant get my head round these visa rules.ive tried using the calculator but being a bit thick, i gave up.

i first came to thailand on 18 jan 2006 and stayed until april 1 2006.

i last came on 31 dec 2007 and stayed until 30 jan 2007.

im trying to get things together to come back next week for 30 days.the question....

can i just come on my ok passport or do i have to go to the thai embassy?i live in manchester.

i hope someone points me in the right direction.thanks and keep up the good work.dave

The new rules only started from the 1st October 2006, so your visits before that date do not count.

Since then you have only made one tri,p so you will be fine to enter and get the 30 day Visa Exemption stamp.
