mtls2005
Am having issues with desktop Youtube on AIS Fiber-Bangkok. Tried all sorts of remedies, and different browsers to no avail. Works fine on DTAC LTE on mobile app. No longer working on DTAC LTE. Anyone else having issues?

GroveHillWanderer
Surely this is a case of "much ado about nothing." It was only down for about an hour and some people were reacting as if it were the end of the world.

Hard to figure how asking if others are experiencing a similar problem, in a calm manner, is some sort of "over-reaction"? Seems like you've been triggered a bit more than anyone else here. mtls2005
I would think that a worldwide outage of one of the most popular websites would be interesting, newsworthy and a reasonable subject for discussion? I get all the memes, snarky comments and get-a-life tropes. I haven't seen a lot of investigative reporting but a few have mentioned the recently completed KSK Rollover for DNS by ICANN as potentially causing a cascade. First Root KSK Rollover Successfully Completed LOS ANGELES – 15 October 2018 – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has determined that the first-ever changing of the cryptographic key that helps protect the Domain Name System (DNS) has been completed with minimal disruption of the global Internet. It was the first time the key has been changed since it was first put in use in 2010. After evaluation of the available data, there does not appear to be a significant number of Internet end-users who have been persistently and negatively impacted by the changing of the key. The few issues that have arisen appear to have been quickly mitigated and none suggested a systemic failure that would approach the threshold (as defined by the ICANN community) to initiate a reversal of the roll. In that context, it appears the rollover to the new Key Signing Key, known as KSK 2017, has been a success. https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2018-10-15-en

I was talking about the reactions of some people (of which there were plenty, including some people who happen to live in the same house as me) which seemed to me to be a little over-blown.
