February 13, 200719 yr I know a guy, let's call him Fat Sam, who just got a 12 month non B multiple in Sydney. He won't be working in Thailand (as in working for a Thai company and getting paid in Thailand) but will be coming in and out regularly for long periods to do business. No probs with all the supporting docs apparently. Positive.
February 13, 200719 yr Presuming he is an Aussie citizen, If he is regularly doing business and doesn't require a work permit, then an APEC Business Traveller Card would give him 3 year multi entry with a 90 day permit of stay per entry for the Kingdom of Thailand.
