You may be able to extend the 90 day entry from your non-o visa (visas are not extended) it you can qualify for one based upon certain reasons.

They are mostly one year extension of stay. Upon what basis would the extension be for (marriage, being a parent, retirement or volunteer work for example).

Joe,Do You still have to leave the Country every 90 Days on this One Year Extension of an " O " Visa ( Based on Marriage )

A visa is not extended. The one year extension of a 90 day entry from a non-o visa does not require you to leave the country unless you want to. You just do 90 day reports to immigration.
