Hi there, does anyone know if there are any agents in Phnom Penh that can arrange Non-B visa for Thailand, or do I need to go to the consulate myself? I have all documents, work permit etc. If so can I pay a bit extra to speed up the process as I've heard it takes 3 working days, thanks! Also if anyone has contact there that can help would much appreciated

That embassy can be unfriendly - and as a general rule, they seem to prefer agent-submitted applications.  I have always used the visa-service in Lucky Lucky Motorcycle Shop.  They have a lot of experience, and should be able to brief you on the current situation.
