Oh yeah, "research", the go to bogus term when one can't readily support his argument on these forums. So far, most of the sources you do bother to quote are mostly associated with the same bias your display day in day out - not particularly compelling or convincing.

The rest of your nonsense is the usual deflection tactic deployed - general in nature, irrelevant to points raised and discussion at hand. Just hot air, is all.

Once again, there's no particular reason to accept your assertions as real. There's no particular reason to accept your interpretations as realistic.

Here you go...that's one article among many, yet my time is limited...

Resources, robust enough?

What are the figures behind these statements?

Debts are numbers...they need to be compensated/covered with numbers, not wishful thinking.

Most of the American wealth could not be used to cover debt payments...national parks? monuments? mines? cities? ports?

As far as I remember, in 2008, the only thing the US could put forward to stop the hemorrhaging was...money created out of thin air by its central banks to the tune of trillions of dollars!

There were no resources to sell and no plan B to change direction, since the only solution offered was to do...more of the same!

So there we are, ten years later, with double the debts, bigger bubbles and no sign that the country is going to change its ways and start leaving within its means...on the contrary!

Well now, you do not provide any support for your assertions, but make an issue of obvious facts being mentioned? Funny guy.

Now, consider this - if there is, indeed, a global mega-crisis such as your tout - why would you expect current financial agreements, institutions etc. to wither it  without a change? As for the debt thing - I think it's been done to death on these topics. Some people are just resilient to grasping it isn't quite the same as private debts, others do get it but pretend otherwise.

You keep portraying the supposed next crisis as a replica of 2008 (disregarding your narrative on causes and handling). I doubt you've got an actual clue as to how things might pan out.

Is that really the best you can come up with? Other than it not actually making your argument (it touches on a single issue, and even that not from the dire angle you post), here's a quote from the above:

Quote

“We live in a world where some people have extraordinary amounts of wealth and there comes a point at which, when you have so much money, allocating a very tiny amount of that for ‘Plan B’ is not as crazy as it sounds.”

If that's not clear enough, read the section in the article headed - "Doomsday fantasies run deep in American culture."

As for your time being "limited", kinda doubtful considering you posting history. Doesn't seem to be much of an issue as long as your posts aren't challenged.
