Hi, I have a Thai wife and before I had a multi o for marriage visa from Savannakhet.

This time I arrived with the 30 day stamp. Can I apply a 60 days extension to stay based on marriage form the immigration in CM, and if so what documents are needed?

Yes.

wife is required to attend, copy of marriage cert, wife id, house book for bangkok or a rental agreement, copy of your id page, latest entry stamp and tm5, passport photo may be needed, 1,900 baht

Your wife will need to be with you when you apply. You will need your marriage certificate plus a copy, copies her house book registry and ID.

If not living where your wife's house book is for you will need proof of residence in Chiang Mai. A rental agreement with signed copies of the owners house book and ID card is normally what they want.
