Hello,

I am thinking of applying for the Thai Permanent Visa. Dos anyone have experiences/information they can share? As far as I know, it is a long, complicated process. I am applying as a "provider for a Thai spouse".

Does anyone know the address of the office to apply to in Bangkok? 

Do you need proof of bank balance or proof of income?

You will need to be working with a work permit and paying taxes for 3 years to apply for permanent residency.
