Hi as I live at my friends villa for a half year, and now i need renewal my driving license so need a resident cert from immigration but I dont have a rental agreement how can solve this? My adress here is registered for the 24h registration so I guess maybe just need utility bill as proof of adress?. 

Your friend is the owner of the place? Take your friend with house book and id card with you to the immigration office, then you can sort it out on the spot.

If your friend can't come with you get signed copies and maybe a written statement that you stay there from your friend, should probably suffice. Or call the immigration and ask them directly.

Use TM28 & TM30 forms to register your presence at the the house then apply for a residence certificate afterwards

if you have not done this already then be prepared to pay a fine
