I was told last year at my district 3 IO in Suphanburi that the affidavit signature for marriage extensions required MFA signature verification but not for retirement...has anyone from Ayutthaya or Suphanburi had to mess with this foolishness recently for a retirement extension application? lotsa bad news about Hua Hin IO recently...
