I got a work permit already on me non o visa but I need to change to a non b visa as it’s easier, no need to do 90 day reports etc the hr will do that.

Also to stay on me non o marriage visa i would have to pay for proof of income letter etc. out of curiosity do the Uk embassy still provide proof of income letters,?

No need for Embassy letter if you are married and work in Thailand.

Actually easier,as you only need tax receipt for 40.000 per month instead of 50.000 if you want extension based on working.

Also if you loose your job you don't loose your extension based on marriage but you loose it based on working.

 

Immigration will accept 40.000 baht income with tax receipt for extension based on marriage.

Surely 90 day reports can be done by HR anyway or by mail or on-line.
