Do you want a single or multiple entry non-o visa? Upon what basis would you be applying for it?

Well, I manage to get a Non O 1 year multi entries based on having a Thai child for the last 6 years in the Thai Embassy in Yangon without any issue.
My sister managed to get a Non O single based on retirement about 2 years ago without any issue too.
If I recall correctly, there was no specific requirements for my sister (except that she was over 50 and I think a letter from the bank for the 800k. She had it but i am not they were asking for her.
As for me, for the 1 Year non O based on having a Thai Child, a copy of the Thai birth certificate was required only the 1st time I applied (6 years ago) and since the last 3 years, they were asking copies of some bank book but without specifying any minimum balance requirements. This year (my last application was last month), in addition to the above requirements, they asked me if I could add a letter from the school where my son study.
It takes only one day to get the visa. You apply in the morning ( I think 09h00 - 12h00) and get the passport with the visa the next day afternoon (13h30 - 15h00).
The embassy is very friendly and well organize. The 1 year multi Non O cost 200USD. Payment in USD only.
That's from my experience so far.
