Does anyone knows if the Immigration is open?

It’s national holiday (constitution day) but I heard that some office and schools are open as normal.

I was going to extend my visa exempt stamp tomorrow. It was my last day and I couldn’t make it Friday.

 

Does this mean I need to leave and come back?

You can do the extension on Tuesday without a problem since the office was closed when your permit to stay ended. They will not charge you an overstay fine if you go on Tuesday. After Tuesday you would be fined 500 baht for everyday.
