The express company they only got the office in Dubai The parcel is include some stuff that weigh is over 10kg my parcel is 10.90$. And now it is stocked in Dubai. Becasue the express company wants me to pay and yellow tag, total is US$1,550. Is this real in Dubai? Is anyone could help me for this? Should I pay for this? Or this is fraud? And he ask my sister help to sign on his emergency leave . He is a USA solder and now he is in mission at Aganistan . but situation at there is bad so he want back and he said have only two that he can get home is married leave and burial leave so he ask my sister to help him by this way. Supposed to be something valuable in the package (gold, cash etc), gets hung up in customs in an unlikely country, suitable fake track and trace website showing it stuck.
