Your visa is only allows one 90 day entry. That is why they stamped it used so that it cannot be used again.

If for any reason you need to leave Thailand and return before the date stamped in your passport you will need to buy a re-entry permit at the airport or at your local Imm' office for 1000 baht. This will allow you to stay for the remainder of the 90 days you got on arrival. You won't get a new 90 days. 

Without the re-entry you will only get 30 days visa exempt if your nationality allows it.
