price for the multiple entry was never showed in the website of the consulate... wasn't 3 years ago, wasn't 2 years ago wasn't last year and wasn't last June...

Update: Yesterday I sent an email to the consulate in Savannakhet, asking if they are still doing the multi entry 'O' - just replied today - yes they are.
