The arrest was accomplished after Thai Rath reporters acting on complaints went to a railway station in Sawee district. There they caught a man in a cap taking pictures up a secondary school girl's skirt. When the girl realized what was happening the pervert escaped on a motorcycle. The reporters contacted the Sawee police who swung into action and found Preecha, 59, in his house a kilometer away. There were many upskirt images of uni students, school students and other women on his phone. The M5 girl in the latest incident was brought to the police station to point at the perp. He was fined 1,000 baht for creating an annoyance in public. Thai Rath said that Precha was a lustful pervert with mental problems.
