And many happy returns to one and all.

A little "footnote". After a 10 yr. breakup this was the first Christmas and New Year I spent alone..took 69 years to have this "new experience". I decided it will never happen again even if I have to get meself a "new Hostage"...(a wife)...555. 

Again, Happy New year to everyone and all your families and may all your hopes and wishes be fulfilled.

I just wanted to put my head down and get some gonk - same as every other sane person would around this time of night.

Then the entire figgin' world exploded in a false sense that something special is happening.

 

Everyone has turned into a pyro-bluddy-maniac. Shooting fireworks everywhere, concussing urban foxes, wheelie bins and any passing Nissan Micra with spent pyrotechnics, and waking decent people with their beer-soaked "revelry".

 

It's bluddy midnight!!!

Shut the fegg up and take your shrieking bimbos, your over-tired kids and your yapping figgin' dogs indoors!!

Next time, do it at 11.00 in the morning on the 7th of March - I'll be at work then so won't hear it.

Rather than spend stupid money, I gobbled some Moo on a Stick, a Beer Chang, and braved the crowd on the Taksin bridge. I could just hear some woman whinging to me, god are you going to stand their all night?
