Can anyone recommend an electrician in the Sansai area? Mostly to convert the house to LED lighting throughout. That's not difficult for a professional but I want it done right because of the fire hazard.

Whoever does it will need a platform for the living room (15ft ceiling) and a stair platform for the staircase where the light is directly above a turn in the stairs and it would be impossible to set a ladder.

I would appreciate a number also.  I have the same situation with the lighting above the stairs. Why not share?
