Without boring you with the details of why I am asking, do you think a letter coming from overseas to Thailand using PATTAYA or JOMTIEN for the city (and also Chonburi and a postal code), rather than Nonprue, Banglamung, Chonburi will have an special problem arriving?

OK, the reason is that web forms for US sites often don't support actually entering the correct address.

I don't think you will have a problem with "Pattaya". Lots of people use that, including some lawyers I have seen. Probably the same goes for "Jomtien".
