Video: Pattaya fruit seller attacked after stranger accuses him of getting fruity with his wife

 

 

A video showed the plight of a Pattaya fruit seller who was attacked at 4am while selling his wares by the 7/11 in front of Soi 7 on Beach Road. 

 

Wasan Khasuwan, 47, had a bloodied eye as he told reporters that he didn't know why he was attacked.

 

"I was minding my own business when he attacked me," he said. 

 

Siamchon News reported that he had told police that a young man had confronted Wasan saying:

 

"Why are you messing about with my wife?"

 

Wasan denied this accusation but the man then attacked him with a bottle and a lump of wood. 

 

Wasan used his fruit knife to protect himself and fled in the direction of Pattaya police station for assistance.

 

The attacker fled and police are using CCTV to find out who he might be. 

 

The fruit seller was taken to hospital after the incident.

i'm taking a big guess with no facts but here's my theory:

 

wife was probably cheating on husband and husband found out, but instead of the wife giving

up who she cheated with she picked the fruit seller who was probably the last person she saw or could remember to blame to...

I hope the video is sent to Police showing the Motorbike man number 17 carrying a large knife, which he intended to use on somebody!
