Is it just my connection or between 6 - 8pm local (+7.00 Zulu) TV gets really bogged down.

I have ADSL 1024 Connection but am outside BKK. I am sometimes waiting for up to 5 minutes for a TV page to refesh. Is this just an up-country thing or are other members having the same wait? Just because I have a 1024 connection, does anybody know the actual connection rates of the main servers's in the countryside?
