    ebay has inexpensive compression stockings, free shipping

    they are not super, but the price is cheap enough to use a pair a week or two.

    For the purposes of compression to limit the risks of DVT try sports compression.... i.e. Skins / Under Armour / 2xu (there's no real need for the foot bit anyway) - I wear these on flights with ankle socks. 

     

    A lot of Sports shops carry Skins Calf Compression...  (example - Emporium in BKK)
