Oink
Can anyone recommend a good shoe repair shop that can repair high end shoes. I am on the dark side, but will travel to anywhere that can provide quality workmanship. Thanks Oink
bbko
On the dark side there's a shoe repair shop that I've used in the past, stop in and ask the teenage boy if they help you out, he speaks enough English to get your point across Location; Soi Nern Plab Wan at the north west corner of the train track intersection. https://www.google.com/maps/@12.9320952,100.9052997,3a,75y,325.15h,79.38t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sOeFmsM1ICtAbevXUQc8OOg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
Oink
I dropped the shoes off there yesterday. Will let you know how I get on. Expensive compared to what I am used to paying. Also wanted a deposit. You map snip is interesting. I wonder how the google car managed to get a photograph of itself. Oink

bbko
Just to add in on this shoe repair shop, I've used them when the soles of my jogging shoes started to separate from the shoe, I thought they would just re-glue them but they said it's best to stitch them, so I dropped them off in the morning and they were ready for pickup in the evening, 180 baht total for 2 shoes.
