Starting a Thai private limited company

Featured Replies

need advice on starting a company... basicly my company will be an IT company that only exists online..

to register my company I need a business address however my landlord will not let me use my condo address.

I thought I could use a virtual address to start my company.. but after talking with Regus they told me I need a physical address for at least 6months!? and that the government agency checks this???

I feel like she just wants to sell me office space which I can not afford to pay for at the moment. anyone have any suggestions? or experience with this?

I think for a westerner from memory you need 12,000,000 baht and to employ a number of Thai people 10 persons I think not to sure.

2 million and only 4 and only 4 if want/need WP

2 million only on the paper not the actual cash

can anyone reading this recommend a reliable lawyer to help me set up a Thai company?

Go with a CPA more reliable and less expensive

  • 2 weeks later...

2 MB and for 4 Thai staffs per WP

51% for Thai shareholders and 49% for foreigner

about 15K for Government fee.

for starting you can use your condo but not for long term.

maybe the government will come to visit (The Revenue department but just 10%)
