I've got a remark on my TV writing: the holder of this passport travels to Thailand under a tourist visa several times which may result in the refusal of a visa in the future

I got 4 tourist visa (TV) consecutively from Vientiane and on my 4th TV there is a remark in blue color writing: "the holder of this passport travels to Thailand under a tourist visa several times which may result in the refusal of a visa in the future".

Does it mean that it is guaranteed that my TV application in Vientiane would be refused next time ?

Does it mean that next time applying to a TV, I would either have to go through an interview with the embassy staff in Vientiane or have to show financial proof (20,000 Baht) and air ticket out of Thailand?

If it is, is there any other way that I can get another tourist visa?

I'm from Southeast Asia (the Philippines).

You will not be able to get another tourist visa in Vientiane and possibley at other nearby embassies and consulates.

It has been suggested many times that the best thing to do when you get that stamp is to get a new passport. With a clean new passport you could get another one in Vientiane.

After getting a new passport it would be best to use other embassies and consulate along with Vientiane to avoid another stamp at Vientiane.

After getting a new passport, start at the "difficult" consulates such as Phnom Penh (best there with no other Thai Tourist Visas in your passport), then use the easier ones like HCMC and Vientiane.

Almost certainly.

No. If you turn up with that stamp in your passport they will almost certainly refuse to take your application.

The issue is the amount of time you've already spent in the country as a tourist.

It might be possible to get a visa elsewhere. But the number of TR's already in your passport, and that stamp, might cause you problems elsewhere too. All other consulates require an bank statement with at least the equivalent of 20K baht and an onward ticket.

No one can give you a definitive answer as to where to apply to guarantee another visa. The only way to "guarantee" getting another visa would be to get a new passport; because - at the moment - consulates go by the physical count of visa in your passport.
