Hi guys,

 

What's your experience looking for the best talent in Bangkok? What are the best channels?

 

I'm starting an analytical/consulting company. I'm looking for smart, motivated grads or people with up to 2 years working experience. It can be a business/engineering background but English working proficiency is required. 

 

Two other questions:

  • How much would a top grad cost?
  • Is there a chance to find talent that speaks English very well, but has not gone through any private schooling? i.e. high school / costly uni programme
