Kenny202 Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Talking to a friend this morning and he was adamant if living with a woman in Thailand over 12 months you can fall under defacto laws, similar to what we have back home. Has anything changed here or does anyone have any experience with this? My first thought was if such a thing existed it should work both ways were a bloke has bought house, cars etc in his wife's name. She would be liable to give him half if defacto (not legally married). In any case I assume she could only go you for what was mutually accumulated in the time you were together same as legal marriage. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
