‘Thousands’ of Thai firms monitored over illegal software

Featured Replies

I dont think it matters whether u use legit or illegal software from a vulnerability standpoint. Use original or pirated software, either way you are getting tracked left and right.
People say for example, dont jailbreak your iphone dont root your android, its a safety concern. to who? if u have original untouched android or ios on your phone, if the phone is in airplane mode, with no sim in it, it still tracks your every move. it knows when u got out of your car. then when u connect to the network again, which i assume at one point u will, it sends it to google or apple servers.
The last time you had some privacy, was in your mothers womb.

Just hire hackers to bring down the illegal stuff, and send a little no to the legal sites

Most Linux Distros are free, and are a darn sight better than Windows.  But, that's just my opinion.

Been using Linux since -99. The desktops still aren't as good, tried KDE, Gnome, xfce, Unity, etc. Currently using Ubuntu on my linux boxes, 90% of the time it's just terminal, I use Windows 10 for MS office, dealing with media files, etc. Works better for casual stuff.

I've got a couple of distros on the go.  But, I use Mint 19 for my everyday distro; cinnamon on the desktop and xfce on the laptop.  I'll never go back to Windows; mint works flawlessly for me.
