Our company safety and security rules (yes, we are in Thailand) require one to file an Access Request to enter any areas deemed hazardous or outside your normal workplace.

Don't know what a Gondola has to do with health and safety ???? but these forms are typical of a Thai person who does not want to ask if the English they put is the correct term.
