Antivir is currently beating most of the paid antiviruses in detection ability. Avast is pretty good too, everyone knows how much I hate AVG.

or can run on the office comp without needing installation privileges ;-)

I find Zone Alarm a good all round anti-virus, spam, firewall etc and the price is perfect for me (free ).

easy to find with yahoo or google (they have a, pay for use, version but my friends and I all use the free version wirh no problems.
