Booked Thailand again for Septembe, a long time away but might as well book now with free cancellation. Stayed in April suites last time and really liked it but the location wasn't the best. Looking to book somewhere for around €200 for the week. Anybody ever stayed in D hotel ? Any other recommendations

Not me but a mate and he was very satisfied.

I don't like rooftop pools, but for the price (<1000 in Sep) it's good value for money.

A few steps to Soi Buakhao (Baht bus) but far enough from the noise.

Another place that I can recommend from own experience (within your budget) is "Nature View".

Good location on Soi Buakhao, corner Soi 15.

Rooms with modern AC and bathroom, proper pool.

But:

You can't book via the online booking systems.

Contact the place by email. They want reconfirmation a week before arrival.

No deposit or the like.

And: only accept pool view rooms (heavy booked),.

Don't accept rooms to the street. Too loud.
