fredflint
I'm staying in Ban Phai and down to my last bottle of Xalacom. I have tried several local Pharmacies with no luck. Fascino in Khon Kaen don't have any for sale, at least that's what they told me over the phone. So any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. LosLobo
Bangkok Drugstore is an online pharmacy with good door-to-door delivery usually within 2 days anywhere in Thailand. I would give them a ring as I found that they could usually source most imported medicines even though they didn't have them in stock. http://drugstorebangkok.com/

Suggest you visit a doctor/hospital as likely that will be the only source. Quote 6.4 Special precautions for storage Before first opening: Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C) After first opening: Do not store above 25°C. Use within 4 weeks (see section 6.3). Keep the bottle in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
fredflint
You are right, that rules out Mail Order. A visit to one of the big Hospitals in Khon Kaen is probably my best bet. Thanks for the reply.
Sheryl
There are 2 brands of this in Thailand: Xalacom Latamolol So try asking by both names I'd also look for a large pharmacy located near Khin Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind (KKU) Hospital. There are usually big pharmacies to be founs in the vicinity of major govt hospitals
