Hello 

Has any one seen Chia seeds being sold anywhere . I used to be able to get them at Macro but they haven't had them for a while or they have moved them and I haven't found them yet.( a habit they have it seems ). I usually soak a spoon full and have with my morning oatmeal. Good for keeping me regular.. Unfortunately I must have thrown away the last packaging so I can't show it and asking hasn't worked  at Big C Or Tops. Any Ideas?  I have posted this in CR forum where I live but thought this forum would have some knowledgeable  info

I checked my Tops online App and found "Nathary Chia Seed" 450g for 590 baht and a couple by Swizer and others. Tesco Lotus also lists "Heritage Chia Seeds" 250g for 291 baht. 

Don’t remember the price but Friendship on Pattaya Tai has Chia. I think Villa on 2nd road has them as well.

I have seen them at Tops in Chiangrai where the OP lives, within the last week.  Can't remember which row but it was on a high shelf next to the flaxseeds.
