My daughter is paying us a 14 day visit from the UK and staying in our house, do I need to fill in a TM 30 for her and hand it in a Jomtien Immigration.

I would not worry about doing it since she evidently will not be doing anything at immigration.

The don't go out looking for people without a receipt for one.
