mooping20Baht Posted March 28, 2019 Share Posted March 28, 2019 I have both a US and a Thai MC license, I'm thinking of rental a Honda Dream or small bike for a loop tour for 5 days , do I still need an international driving permit or something to be officially legal? I realize the Lao renters probably don't care, but I'll probably have trip insurance that might, and it is 5 days Also I wonder if I can leave them 3000B or in Lao if they always want to keep the passport till I return , bike insurance also (LOL 55) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
