Retirement TM30 Address and 90 day reprting

Featured Replies

I have retirement extension till December 2019. After extension was given I went out of Thailand and on return went to Jomtein Immigration

to report return to same address - I was told as long as it is same address no need to report each time on return. After that I have been out of Thailand two times - not reported as  staying at same address. 90 days report not done as so far all three times I have been out of Thailand I have departed again so If I do not go out for next 90 days than will do 90 report  from date of last entry back however on return

yesterday Lady Immigration Officer at Suvarnabhumi Airport kept on asking my address, condo number even though when I had mentioned

on arrival card. My address is not changed. She was not very happy for some reason, told me to stay little further from desk and than stamped my passport as required reluctantly - I felt.  She kept on checking do not know what ? Am I doing OK for above to report 90 days when completed and not to report Address as no change has happened ? Any advice corrections please will be appreciated. Thanking in advance.

You probably just wrote the address slightly differently on the arrival card to whats in the computer. didnt match her record. I dont think the girl at airport would have access to if a TM30 had been done.

If the TM30 desk at Jomtien said no need to report, if same address, after a re-entry, then no need to report.

90 day report, 90 days after yesterday.
