April 1, 20197 yr We set up a bx account over a year ago and added a bank account, deposited money and purchased crypto. This week we received an email from them: Your added bank account has been rejected (xxx name of bank/ xxxxxxx acc n.o) for the following reason: - The name on your account does not match the bank account - The passbook uploaded was invalid So I contacted them via their website and they keep replying in thai language. I assume its a bot replying. They refuse to answer in English A dodgy google translation indicates 'bc the website has updated customer info and the system may detect the clients account is not the same as specified. It goes on to say that the 'system therefore cancelled your clients book. Its strange to receive such a message considering we have already done transactions on a successfully uploaded bank book verification. Is anyone else received this email? Is bx so big now that they can't have a real person answer an email in English? Are the bots now cancelling bank books on their system?
